 16.  Arrange a yearly ALT power expiation ( best chance to get jobs)

 

Date and period for each Diploma:

·    The training starts on 1st   September and completed on Jun 25th. The duration of the course is 320 hours during 10monthe and 2 months on the Job training (One educational year).

Place of training:

 ·        Bethlehem Cultural Center for theory  and computer.

 

 ·        Workshop + application on Real Projects In Battir.

The target groups:

 20 trainees for each program a total of 40 for both Diplomas for the first year

 Each group will be divided to 2 sessions and class will be 10 trainees. 

 

Methodology of Training:

 The training focused on knowledge, skill, applied in addition to on the job training  and practical methods by using the following concepts:

 · Brainstorming regarding the definition of BoDs role in leading and developing the organization.

 ·Presenting the subjects by involving the trainees in discussions and encouraging dialogue.

 ·   Dividing the large group into small groups and giving these small groups specific tasks as example, proposal writing.

 ·     The latest technology and educational assistance media.

 ·      Expiations

 ·   Workshops 

Positive aspects of the training:

 The training focused on knowledge, skill, application in addition to on the job training  .

Cost:

 The cost of training will be per instructor hour 50 Euro including all training expenses.

 So the total cost will be (50 Hours X 320 Euro) X 4 = 64000 for the first year,

 As we will deduct 40% for the first two years to cover the computers and the solar system cost and training materials so the total cost for the 2 years will be 76,800 Euro.
